System26 operates entirely offline on your device. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics to us or any third parties.

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use the App.
• No Tracking: We do not track your usage of the App.
• No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services.

2. Apple Intelligence & Local Processing

System26 is designed to benchmark Apple Intelligence models found natively on your device.

• On-Device Processing: All benchmarks, text generation, and inference tasks are performed locally on your device's hardware (Neural Engine, GPU, CPU).
• Inputs & Outputs: The prompts you enter and the text generated by the models remain solely in the App's temporary memory during the session. They are never sent to a cloud server.

3. App Permissions

The App may request access to specific system features to function correctly:

• Apple Intelligence: The App requires Apple Intelligence to be enabled in your System Settings to run benchmarks.
• Camera: The App requests camera access to enable the Visual Intelligence feature, which processes images locally on your device. Camera data is never stored or transmitted.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data, we do not retain any data. Benchmark results are displayed in real-time and are discarded when you close the App, unless you explicitly choose to copy them to your clipboard.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or advertising networks.
